Job Description :

• Acquiring new Customers & maintaining existing customers relationship through tele calling.
• Follow-up leads & generating Leads, setting appointment for the sales team and CEO.
• Creating Brand Awareness of Voxvalley products in domestic Markets.
• Handling Customer queries on calls and should be the key contact person between Voxvalley & its customers, answering queries, offering advice & introducing company products.
• Should be able to handle the customer grievances & handle escalations.
• End to end follow up to close the order.
• Coordinating with customer & internal department for smooth sales.
• Keep record of customer interactions, transactions & preparation of MIS Reports.
• Following up with customers on payments.

Skills :

• Excellent communications skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
• Only Female candidates are eligible.
• Ability to solve customer queries on call.
• Good interpersonal & problem solving skills.
